Sprinklr founded by Ragy Thomas (MBA ’03) has just announced its plans to set up a development center in Hyderbad with approximately 200 IT professionals and are expected to ramp up the head count to 1,000 in the next three to five years. Sprinklr is a platform that develops SaaS customer experience management (CXM).
