Entrepreneurship thrives on connection, and at our latest Pitch Power Hour & Founder Matchup, NYU’s founders came together to share ideas, test concepts, and build teams ready to take on the next stage of their startup journey. With a packed room of more than one hundred founders, students, and aspiring innovators from across NYU, the event turned into an exciting showcase of creativity, collaboration, and community.
Each founder had just sixty seconds to wow the crowd, followed by another sixty seconds of rapid-fire feedback and questions from audience members. Designed as a fast-paced, hands-on experience, the event gave participants the chance to pitch their ventures, receive immediate feedback, and connect with peers who share the same drive to create, launch, and grow. By the end of the pitches, the audience had heard more than forty presentations from NYU-affiliated entrepreneurs, all seeking teammates or resources to scale their ventures.
The session wrapped up with networking, where founders and attendees continued the conversation, exchanging ideas and sharing feedback beyond the pitches. Attendees had the chance to speak directly with the founders behind the ideas that caught their attention, learning more about each venture’s goals and exploring ways to collaborate or get involved.
